Описание: ১১ দফা বিধি-নিষেধ : করোনা প্রতিরোধে গতকাল মন্ত্রিপরিষদ বিভাগ থেকে ১১ দফা বিধি-নিষেধ সংবলিত প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করা হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে :

১. শপিং মল ও বাজারে ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতা এবং হোটেল-রেস্তোরাঁসহ জনসমাগমস্থলে বাধ্যতামূলক মাস্ক পরতে হবে।

২. অফিস-আদালতসহ ঘরের বাইরে অবশ্যই মাস্ক ব্যবহার করতে হবে। স্বাস্থ্যবিধি বাস্তবায়নে সারা দেশে মোবাইল কোর্ট পরিচালনা করা হবে।

৩. রেস্তোরাঁয় বসে খেতে ও আবাসিক হোটেলে থাকতে অবশ্যই করোনার টিকা সনদ প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।

৪. ১২ বছরের বেশি বয়সী সব শিক্ষার্থীকে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় নির্ধারিত তারিখের পর টিকার সনদ ছাড়া শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানে প্রবেশের অনুমতি দেওয়া হবে না।

৫. স্থলবন্দর, সমুদ্রবন্দর ও বিমানবন্দরে স্ক্রিনিংয়ের সংখ্যা বাড়াতে হবে। পোর্টগুলোতে ক্রুদের জাহাজের বাইরে আসার ক্ষেত্রে নিষেধাজ্ঞা দিতে হবে। স্থলবন্দরগুলোতেও দেশের বাইরে থেকে আগত ট্রাকের সঙ্গে শুধু চালক থাকতে পারবেন। বিদেশগামীদের সঙ্গে আসা দর্শনার্থীদের বিমানবন্দরে প্রবেশ বন্ধ করতে হবে।

৬. ট্রেন, বাস ও লঞ্চে সক্ষমতার অর্ধেক যাত্রী নেওয়া যাবে। সব ধরনের যানের চালক ও সহকারীদের কভিড-১৯ টিকার সনদধারী হতে হবে।

৭. বিদেশ থেকে আসা যাত্রীসহ সবাইকে বাধ্যতামূলক কভিড-১৯ টিকার সনদ প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।

৮. সর্বসাধারণের করোনার টিকা ও বুস্টার ডোজ গ্রহণ ত্বরান্বিত করার লক্ষ্যে স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবার কল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয় প্রয়োজনীয় প্রচার ও উদ্যোগ নেবে।

৯. পরবর্তী নির্দেশনা না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত উন্মুক্ত স্থানে সামাজিক, রাজনৈতিক, ধর্মীয় অনুষ্ঠান ও সমাবেশ বন্ধ রাখতে হবে।

১০. স্বাস্থ্যবিধি প্রতিপালন ও মাস্ক পরার বিষয়ে সব মসজিদে জুমার নামাজের খুতবায় ইমামরা সচেতন করবেন।

১১. কোনো এলাকার ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ কোনো পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি হলে সে ক্ষেত্রে স্থানীয় প্রশাসন সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিদের সঙ্গে আলোচনা করে ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারবে।

11-point prohibition: In order to prevent corona, a notification containing 11-point prohibition has been issued by the cabinet department yesterday. These include:

1. Mandatory masks must be worn in public places including shopping malls and markets, buyers and sellers and hotels and restaurants.

2. Masks must be used outside the office and court. Mobile courts will be set up across the country to implement hygiene rules.

3. To eat at a restaurant and to stay in a residential hotel, you must show the Corona Vaccine Certificate.

4. All students above 12 years of age will not be allowed to enter the educational institution after the date fixed by the Ministry of Education without Ticker Certificate.

5. The number of screenings at land ports, seaports and airports should be increased. Cruises should be banned from coming out of the ship at the ports. Even at land ports, only drivers can stay with trucks coming from outside the country. Visitors accompanying foreigners must stop entering the airport.

. Trains, buses and launches can carry half the capacity of passengers. Drivers and assistants of all types of vehicles must have a CVID-19 Ticker certificate.

. Compulsory Kavid-19 Ticker Certificate must be shown to all including passengers coming from abroad.

. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will take necessary publicity and initiatives to expedite public coronary vaccination and booster doses.

9. Social, political, religious ceremonies and gatherings in open spaces should be closed until further notice.

10. Imams will warn about the observance of hygiene rules and wearing of masks in the sermons of Friday prayers in all mosques.

11. In case of any special situation in any area, the local administration will be able to take action in consultation with the concerned persons.
