HAND KNEAD ROTI PARATHA DOUGH | QUICK & EASY RECIPE | Fusion Food Recipes

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Resting Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 45 Hours

Serves: 6-8 persons

Ingredients:
04 cups Whole Wheat Flour
03 cups Lukewarm Water
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil to coat
.

Method:
1. Make a hole in the center of the flour and add lukewarm water.
2. Combine water and flour mixture with hand.
3. Gradually add water to the flour to maintain consistency.
4. Knead and fold repeatedly to make a smooth dough.
5. Apply water to hands to prevent dough stick to
your hand.
6. Now cover the dough mixture and let it rest for 30 minutes.
7. Again repeat the kneading and folding until smooth dough is formed.
8. Use the dough after 15 minutes to make roti or paratha or refrigerate it in an airtight container.
