1) Do Your Research--and tell the manager during the interview you have been wathing YouTube Vidoes

2) If you do not have dialysis or healthcare experience, that does not mean you are not a good canditate for the job. Talk to how your other experiences will make you a good fit for the dialysis clinic

3) Be Able to talk about how you will build trust with your patients. Dialysis patients know how much there is to learn, So it's going to take time for them to trust you.

How will you handle a patient that doesn't want you to put your needles in? Hint: it's more than saying "ok" and getting another person

4). Ask the question: what are some things the dialysis team does to help ensure your success at the clinic? You want to hear terms like: we will manage you up, you will have frequent 1:1s with the manager to check in, we hang out outside of work

5) If they don't offer, ask to shadow, especially if your interview is via webcam. It is a big ask to have you accept a position for a specialty that is new to you.
