Описание: A rare example of what some called a small jazz bass, though the measurements are of a regular full size cello. We removed the top plate to glue the loose bass bar and the end block to the ribs. Also grafted a new top edge where the wood was missing. Repaired the broken tailpiece, fit a new bridge, and installed a longer end pin rod. Notice the kerfed inside lining like in a guitar, rather than the solid strip lining normally used in violin making.
