The ELDORADO Takes on Cortez Bank Yellowtail

Описание: Last week on Stoked On Fishing, we were fishing the Cortez Bank on the El Dorado out of Long Beach Sport Fishing. Fishing out West has been fantastic this year, but eventually, the fish move or disappear due to currents, weather, or heavy traffic. However, some offshore banks always have resident fish on or around them year-round, and one of those spots is called the Cortez Bank. You can always guarantee one thing: if you make it 110 miles, you'll catch some big rockfish. Additionally, if Mother Nature and currents work out in your favor, there can be some incredible yellowtail fishing on the bank.

We started catching some really nice rockfish as we set out on our adventure. The excitement was building, and we were all stoked to see what the rest of the trip had in store for us. Later, some Bonita showed up, and we were even more stoked because we knew that the yellowtail was right behind them.

As the day progressed, we continued to catch more fish, and the crew of the El Dorado was outstanding. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. The weather was perfect, and the water was calm, making for an excellent fishing day.

We quickly got our lines in the water, and it wasn't long before we started catching fish. The yellowtail was biting, and we were all having a blast. The crew of the El Dorado continued to provide excellent service, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As the day came to a close, we headed back to Long Beach with a boat full of fish and memories that would last a lifetime. The trip was a huge success, and we were all stoked to have been a part of it. We can't wait to get back out on the water and see what kind of adventures await us next
