It’s 1978 all over again at Roller Hall, a dynamite roller disco of flash and flamboyance at the Asbury Park Boardwalk’s new pop-up roller rink located within historic Convention Hall (1300 Ocean Avenue). Bathed in a buttery light, Roller Hall promises to be a soulful Valentine jam. A time machine to Xanadu that keeps skaters on a sugar high of roll and bounce. Relive the funky disco days of tube socks and spandex while catching boogie fever in this nostalgic Seventies throwback. It’s love on wheels Valentine’s weekend in Asbury Park!

Hot Wheels!
Roller Hall includes roller skating, food, drinks, music, and games. Each sweet spin session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. Doors open 15 minutes prior to each session. Guests are welcome to spectate as entry charges apply only to skaters. Skate rentals are extremely limited. You must reserve in advance to guarantee your session via EventBrite. Tickets available for purchase on Friday, 20 January 2017. Bring your own skates (BYO) are welcome for both quad and inline. Each hour session is broken down by soundtrack classics such as the Kids Disco Mix, Madonna Hour, Donna Summer Hour, Couples Skate, Backward Skate, Disco Mix, and Boogie Nights. During evening sessions, skaters are encouraged to dress in disco attire fashioned from the mighty mills of spandex, lycra, velour, and synthetic polyester while gliding to World DJ Video Award winner Atom Worth who spins Seventies hot wax.

Asbury Park students skate free on Saturday 2 PM & 4 PM sessions and Sunday 10 AM & 12 PM sessions. Students must reserve the session in advance by visiting EventBrite. Parent or guardian must accompany minors, 16 years or younger, and present proof of Asbury Park address. Tickets available starting Friday, 20 January 2017.
