Ingredients and Measurements:
1 large eggplant (about 15 slices)
1.5 cup soaked split peas
5 wiri wiri peppers
10 cloves garlic
1/4 onion crushed or 1 scallion chopped
1/4 cup water to grind the peas (more or less depending on your blender)
1/4-1/2 cup all purpose flour (more or less depending on how much water you added to grind the peas)
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. ground masala (OPTIONAL- can also use geera/cumin)
oil to fry
