For the price of one beer, I'll walk you through the entire install.
All the money I use from this video is going to my engineering degree to pay for books. I hope you all found great use of the video and information. I believe that information like this should be available for anyone, but I'd like to leave the door open for a tip if you found it extra useful. I know there were times when I've watched videos and said "damn, wish I could send this guy $5 for all the help." But I won't be offended if you don't send anything. We're all friends here :)
