🛒 Ingredients

Base
• 1 cup plain (all-purpose) flour
• ½ cup desiccated coconut
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 125 g (½ cup) butter, melted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp milk

Chocolate Icing
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 2–3 tbsp hot water (as needed)

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Base
In a bowl, mix flour, coconut, brown sugar, and cocoa.
Add melted butter, vanilla, and milk. Stir until combined.
2. Press & Set
Press mixture firmly into a lined 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan.
Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3. Prepare Icing
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa. Add melted butter and hot water gradually until smooth and spreadable.
4. Ice the Slice
Spread icing evenly over the base.
5. Chill & Slice
Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until set.
Slice into squares and serve!
