Broccoli Vegetable Spring Roll!
Ingredients:
Spring Roll Sheet - 100gm
Broccoli - 5 Nos
Green Chilli - 5 Nos
Cabbage - 100gm
Carrot - 2 Nos
Oninon - 25gm
Ginger - 25gm
Garlic
Salt to taste
Mozzarella Cheese
Oil
Soya Sauce
Method:
Add Oil, Garlic, Onion, Sauce, Minced Vegetables and cook well.
Add Salt and Pepper Powder and along with Soya Sauce and mix it well.
Then add Broccoli Florets to the pan and mix well until it is done
Add Mozzarella cheese to the cooked mixture.
Place the mixture in a spring roll sheet and seal the ends
Deep fry the sheets until it turn golden brown.
