Our first time in Chiang Rai was amazing!! We both backpacked Thailand before moving here and neither of us had heard of Chiang Rai. We were SO surprised by how many amazing places there were in Chiang Rai!!! We had a 3 day weekend off work, so we decided to take an overnight bus from Bangkok to Chiang Rai and spend the weekend exploring this amazing part of Thailand before flying home on Monday. This vlog is from our first day in Chiang Rai where we went to the White Temple, the Blue Temple, and the Black House - as well as the Wat Huay Pla Kang temples, the Chiang Rai clock tower, and the Singha Park! We also tried suki - a Thai food we had never tried before Chiang Rai (the Pattaya trip was after this ^_^ ).
