Shantaram Balwant Nachane affectionately called as Nana by all was a pious, down-to-earth man involved in social and spiritual activities. In this video we will see how Sai Baba helped Nachane in performing the ceremonies of his deceased wife and also took care of him for 12 days. Nachane's wife died in 1929, As per Sanathana dharma practices ashes have to be immersed in holy river, So he started for Nashik where such rituals are performed and the ashes are immersed in River Godavari which is considered as Dakshina Ganga.
Nachane's son, Ravindra Nachane a 2nd Generation descendant, shares the experience of his father as narrated to him by his father Shri Shantaram Nachane.
