what do i do if i zone out during practice?
this is super common (and nothing to worry about)!
the next time you notice yourself zoning out, simply guide your attention back to the present moment, resting it on the breath or refocusing on the guided meditation.
it sounds simple, right? but here's the most important and often trickiest thing... don't be hard on yourself about getting distracted!
this is the practice — learning to focus AND refocus. learning to be kind to ourselves when we do things imperfectly.
