A Party Election Broadcast by the Conservative Party for the 1998 local elections. There is a cockup at the start - instead of cutting to the caption announcing that it is a party broadcast, presentation fades up the broadcast itself - briefly showing the VT clock.
The broadcast itself is something of a 'no expense spent' affair. Shown on 30 April 1998.
