Update: Lifeshield's motion sensor won't detect pets under 80 pounds. ADT has purchased Lifeshield and it is now called Blue by ADT.
In this review, I review the #Lifeshield security system what it includes, what installation's like, how professional monitoring works, customer support, and finally, the Lifeshield app. All Lifeshield systems come with four layers of backup protect- internet, cellular, landline, and battery.

These layers of backup ensures that your #Lifeshield system will stay on even if the power goes out. You can either monitor your own system or pay an additional monthly fee for professional monitoring. You can choose between Security Essentials for $29.99 a month and Security Advantage for $39.99 a month.
While both packages include a base station, keypad, keychain remote, wireless security tablet, and motion, door/window, and fire safety sensors, Security Advantage provides an extra motion sensor and a video camera. Both month-to-month and three year contracts are available, and feel free to negotiate with your sales person.
