Описание: South Africa has hundreds of children living rough on the streets, many spiralling into crime and suffering from the effects of addiction. Eighteen year old Ntando Msibi has gone from street kid to surfing star with many awards to his name. He was helped to this path by the Durban charity, Surfers Not Street Children and credits them with rescuing him from the harshness of life on the streets. Amongst its many programmes aimed at getting street children get back into society, it is surfing that has proven the biggest hit leading to the transformation of lives that many had given up on and has become a new wave of change with young black surfers succeeding in a sport once known for the whites.
