Описание: Hi friends! Today's video is the first in a series of videos where I am building up Newcrest from nothing! Using inspiration photos for each lot will help create a beautiful world for these sims to live in!

This home is created for Mai Tani who is a gardening sim. Her traits are freegan, green fiend, and outgoing. Her aspiration is to be a freelance botanist. Her traits allow her to be successful as a freelancer because she is outgoing enough to have great networking skills, and as a freegan, she is motivated to work outside of typical consumerist ways of living.
Her gardens and greenhouse will be great for her business as she sells her produce and flowers at the local farmer's market!
