We dig deep and clear all the stories you have been telling yourself, and I will give you the tools I used to write and heal mine. You will have the opportunity to write out the hurt and if you feel drawn, turn it into a book.

Connect with your Soul
Through meditation and workshops, we will work with our own inner guidance system the one you were born with and knows what is best for you. The gut is the most powerful intuitive part of you and sadly we tune it out or turn it off. Let's turn it back on and listen to what it has to say...

It's time to reclaim all of you
Through meditation, we can discover and reclaim the parts of us that are missing, the parts of us that we forgot or locked away. The shadow parts we hide from people, the parts we lost to trauma who flipped out to protect us. It is your right to be whole!

Workshops
Each day will be based on the same theme of empowerment and claiming back power, we will discover how through writing we can clear old stories, how through working with our Archetypes we can change our energy and empower ourselves. We will set intentions and plan out our future with Law of Attraction techniques. We will look at how to set up our day and techniques for focusing on what we want not what we don't want...
