With an alleged top speed of 140mph, this is the fastest (and probably best) car in the game, especially for the lead foot achievement. This video shows where to find it and what it's like. It also has a jump I found, at the end.
Location included in video - in a garage behind the NW building at the corner of Santa Monica and El Centro.
Unlike GTA 4, it's fun to just drive around in this game. GTA 4 was a piece of shit compared to this game.
