This week on Laugh Lines, Penn and I are joined by one of our favorite humans and parenting expert, Dr. Lisa Damour. She helps us navigate this weird, wonderful in-between that happens when your college kid comes home. We cover everything from crossed wires and unspoken expectations to late wake-ups, missed dinners, and the moment you realize you’re not parenting a kid anymore — you’re kind of living with a roommate.

We also talk about why college kids basically hibernate when they come home, how to know when something is actually wrong, and how to celebrate the amazing new person your child is becoming — even when it feels unfamiliar. Plus, Penn goes full science nerd... again. (Don't say I didn't warn you!)
