While the Travis County Medical Examiner's Office hasn't officially ruled on a cause of death, Austin-Travis County EMS presumes that a man died Sunday of hypothermia in Central Austin, given the frigid conditions brought on by an arctic blast and winter storm. KXAN's Kelly Wiley spoke with the person who called first responders when they saw the unresponsive person.
