RECIPES:

*No-Bake White Chocolate Eater Nests *
-Combine 1 cup of sliced almonds
-2 cups of unsweetened coconut. flakes and chips
Mix with hands
2 cuts of melted white chocolate chips
-Mix well
Place parchment paper on baking sheet
-Spoon the mixture onto sheet with a teaspoon.
Use hands to shape the nests
-Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Fill each nest with 1 teaspoon of Lemond curd
-Add Jordan almonds

White Chocolate Strawberry "Carrots"

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of orange sprinkles
12 oz White Chocolate chips or melts
10-20 large strawberries

Instructions:

-Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
-Stir until smooth
-Dip each strawberry until fully coated.
Use your free hand to scatter sprinkles until covered.
-set aside strawberries until hard.
