Ingredients
1 onion diced
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tbspn oil + ¼ cup water (4 tbspns)
¾ cup/140g Tikka Curry Paste
3 tbspns Flour
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 cup Double/ Heavy Cream
1 400g/14oz Tomato pulp or Passata
Salt and Pepper to taste
Handful chopped fresh Cilantro/Coriander
1lb cooked chicken-diced-breast or thigh
This will make 6-8 pies depending on your individual pie dish size.
The pie dishes used in the video are
4½ " diameter x 1½ " deep
