So this is one of our 15 square metre pods, and you can see on the outside here, we've got a beautiful cedar screen, which is an optional extra for all of our pods. Come inside. So here's our 15 square metre pod. We've got lovely LED lighting in all of our pods, six double power points in this one, so you're never short of a plug. This one's got a kitchenette unit with two cupboards and two drawers, so plenty of storage. And over here in our bathroom, we have got a toilet, a hand basin, and I'm sure you'll be impressed with the size of the shower that we can fit in here. All of our pods with bathrooms and kitchens, come with a gas califont to take your hot water. All the pipework is done to an external point and it plugs in just like a caravan, so it's literally ready to go. Now these are our amazing bypass doors. All the glass in a pod is double-glazed, so all doors and windows, and these doors have their own individual locks, so you can access it with it's own key from either side. It's a really cool feature in the summer, just opens a building up, it's really lovely. So come out here on the deck and I'll show you what's out here. Here we've got two decks, two 15 square metre decks joined together. So when you purchase a pod, you can buy a deck to go with it. 15 square metre pod, has a 15 square metre deck. And we also do a 10 square metre pod, which comes with a 10 square metre deck, if you wish. So come have a look in this one. This is another 15 square metre pod with a beautiful cedar screen on the outside. This one is a really popular option for an extra bedroom space, or an office space, it works really well. And we've worked out of these as offices in the past, and it's a really cool, light, fresh, airy space to work in. Again, we've got six double power points, LED lighting, and everything is double-glazed. All pods are insulated as well, walls, ceiling and floor. Mineral wool insulation, 70 mil in the walls and 100 mil in the ceiling and floor. I hope you enjoyed the tour of our amazing pods.
