J Craft Torpedo Boat - A Swedish Experience

This was a special one. As you all know by now, boating is a passion of mine. So when J Craft and Negri Firma reached out to have me join them in Sweden on the island of Gotland, I jumped at the chance.
Having never been to Sweden before, was a no brainer to join.
I knew of J Craft before, but not to this extent. It's a stunning boat and the story and process of how it came to be and currently exists is a beautiful one. In the small coastal town of Visby, it takes 8000 man hours to create one of these luxurious boats basically by hand besides the engine.
I was in awe of the whole process at the shipyard and then even more so when I got to drive the boat. It handles like no other boat i've ever driven, in all the best ways. And beyond that, I felt regal as ever while driving it.
Definitely a dream to own one of these, but until then I'll be keeping an eye out and if I see one I'll be sure to try and get a quick ride with whomever I run in to.
