Base Goku is like the Ryu of Hyper DBZ, he's got a versatile moveset that is easy to pick up and learn. If you can master how to use the Hope Meter, you can get some cool combo attacks in like this one.
If you do the Kaioken Assault with Goku's Hope Meter at level 3, you can trigger 2 SS4 attack animations by holding up or down while Goku absorbs the spirit bomb. Holding up plays the GT SS4 animation, and down for Daima SS4. If you don't hold either direction, you'll get the False SSJ animation from the Lord Slug movie!!!
