Beet And Labneh Dip
Beet mixture
2 medium beets boiled with skins on until soft
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
salt to taste And blend until smooth
For Labneh
2 cups of Greek yogurt strained for at least 5 hours
5 ounces of creamy smooth goat cheese
Blend together with salt to taste
Garnishes
Large strands of fresh cut dill
2 tablespoons of coarsely chopped pistachios
olive oil
On a platter, arrange a plate bowl or plain plate in the center. Arrange pretzel crackers around the plate. On the bottom, spread the Labneh and sprinkle with olive oil. Then add the blended beet mixture in the center of that. Ensure you can see the ring of labneh on the bottom as shown. Sprinkle with the pistachios and the dill. Serve as shown in the video.
Make sure to enjoy this sweet with beets and savory dip. This dip goes well with salted types of crackers or on home made breads.
