shoulders ke controlled presses,
aur triceps ke clean reps
har set ka ek hi goal: better than yesterday.
Corporate life ke saath training manage karna easy nahi hota,
lekin jab goal clear ho,
toh excuses apne aap peeche reh jaate hain.
Yeh sirf workout nahi hai,
yeh preparation hai stage ke liye 🏆
