Celestion Alnico Cream vs Vintage 30 Shootout.

Описание: The Celestion Alnico cream and Vintage 30 are two speakers that are more closely linked than you may at first think. The Celestion Vintage 30 came around as a high powered, ceramic magnet version of the classic Alnico Blue speaker. As you may have guessed, at 90 watts, the Alnico Cream is the highest powered of Celestions Alnico family, introduced to provide a high powered option for those who need more than 15 watts.

Individually these are two great speakers, but also great for mixing together. The Vintage 30 and Alnico cream are well suited tonally and for volume but also sufficiently different to offer great versatility live and in the studio. In this video we set both speakers directly against each other and then mix them through several style, allowing you to hear what each speaker is doing under similar circumstances.

To do this we recorded both speakers in an identical 1x12 setup, same mics, mic placements, amps and settings by re-amping the same scenario through several different styles.
