Описание: Sanchin Dai Ichi, our first Sanchin kata. We do this Kata from Orange to green belt level. Sometimes called Miyagi Sanchin because Miyagi created this kata with no turns, a bit shorter (less moves) and more steps backwards. The reason Miyagi created this kata was because towards the end of his life he was sick and would teach mostly sitting and so the student wouldn’t turn his back and so the master could see all the moves Sanchin Dai Ichi was created.
