ingredients:
2 cup flour 260g
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp powder milk
1 tsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
3/4 cup warm milk
for icing:
200g dark chocolate
for topping
sprinkles, chocolate chip etc
this much quantity of ingredients makes 7 large donuts.
oil temp = 160C
