THE BLOOM

Ingredients
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Tube Paint
Pigment
PPG Kitchen, Satin
PPG Kitchen, Bath and Trim Ultra Deep Base Semi Gloss
JoSonja Gloss Varnish
Australian Floetrol Acrylic Paint and Stain Conditioner

Recipe

Pillow
~~~~
Usually straight from the can but sometimes you need to thin with floetrol or thicken with Gel Gloss or leave the can open for a day or 2 to thicken.
Tube Paint PM

Start by adding un-tinted paint to the cup then add tube paint and mix.
(Approximately 1 part tube paint to 3 or 4 parts untinted paint) Then add varnish a little at a time until you get the consistency you want.
Pigment
~~~~~~
Start by adding a small amount of un-tinted paint to the cup and add about 1/2 tsp of pigment and mix well to disperse the pigment. Then add more un-tinted paint .(Approximately 1 part pigment to 3 or 4 parts untinted paint) Mix well then add varnish a little at a time until you get the consistency you want. (Make sure you are wearing a mask while you mix the pigments.)
CA

Start by adding the floetrol to the cup and then add tube paint until you get the consistency you want and mix well. Mix very well before each painting.
My recipe is based on consistency, I don't measure.


Understand that I am in no way responsible for the way you use your paint and mediums.
You should be using a full face respirator or mask. Have a fire extinguisher at hand and a CO2 alarm nearby. Make sure there is proper ventilation.
