In this video I tried to show my viewers the way of painting using watercolor step wise drawing a simple flower. Step 1: Applying light tones of water color on the flower. Step 2: Using paper white technique to get the white highlights. Using wet-on-wet method, applied middle tones of colors on the light tones. Blending them according to the desired result. Step 3: Apply darker tones on the portions where darker effects are required.
In this painting, I have used Camel watercolor on a plain drawing sheet. Paper size is A4. On flower I used crimson and on leaves Lemon Yellow, Sap Green and also Prussian Blue for darker tone on leaves.
