In a first for Bengaluru, Paradise on Earth by @Urbanrise is a villa community designed to be both luxurious and environmentally sustainable. The project combines renewable energy and advanced water conservation methods to create the city’s first water-surplus and 100% solar-powered residential community.
Each 4BHK villa will be equipped with solar panels, enabling residents to generate their own electricity. For water management, the project adopts Bhungroo Well Technology, a system that filters rainwater and injects it into underground aquifers, helping replenish groundwater reserves and reduce dependency on external water sources. The goal is to prove that sustainable living need not come at the cost of comfort. The project is a model for other urban communities grappling with Bengaluru’s growing water stress and power demands.
