And the main reason for that is that the marketplace doesn't fully understand what CFOs do. And what a lot of accountants are trying to do is they're trying to market the features.

They're really trying to market the feature. They're trying to tell people, I'm going to do some cash flow management for you. I'm going to do your management accounts. I'm going to do your financials. And unfortunately, people, they just don't understand exactly how that's going to benefit them. So what we always tell our clients is you need to market and sell the benefits.

What is the benefit to the actual business owner? No business owner wakes up in the morning and thinks to myself, I need a CFO. But what they do do is they think to themselves, My profit margins suck. I'm overpaying in taxes. I'm not sure where my money is going. I don't, I can't control my finances properly.

People are being overpaid. These are the sorts of problems that we need to market towards. So when in our marketing message, we need to tell people, we're going to put money back in their pocket. We're going to add to their bottom line. We're going to increase their profit margins. We're going to basically get more cashflow in their business.

Those are the actual benefits versus the actual features. So those are the things that we really need to speak about. And the same thing we actually have in our sales calls, we having these conversations, we need to actually have a presentation that speaks to these benefits. We need to show them in a presentation form.
