Why does this have to happen to you? Why are you in the dark night of the soul? Everything seems meaningless and hopeless. Why do anything? You are in agony. Everything is difficult. Nothing is happening. Why is this going on? In this video, I share my perspective.
Is this ascension, an awakening, a spiritual crisis, ego death, or something else? What I know for sure is that the dark night of the soul is an opportunity to evolve and to grow, if you are willing to do the shadow work. It's about facing your inner demons, and seeing that there is no need to fear.
