I’m unrated OTB, but currently sitting at 2054 Rapid on chess.com.
So he plays the Caro-Kann… and I respond with the Alien Gambit.
What follows? 18 moves of pure psychological warfare.
Sharp prep, pressure from move one, and a reminder that ratings don’t tell the whole story.
