A full TABATA workout is a high-intensity interval training, consisting of 8 cycles of 8 sets.
Each set consists of 20 sec. working out and 10 sec. rest. Between each cycle you have 1 min. of rest.
This TABATA focuses on cardio exercises and body weight.
