In this presentation about applying Machine Learning across Digital Health and Computational Biology, Dr Sonika Tyagi from Monash University introduces the ML methods that her group uses to understand biomolecules and their functions. She also goes into detail about the way that they are combining genomic data with electronic health data to decipher the interrelationship of disease driving genomic and physiological factors.
