If you are using a pressure cooker like a Power Pressure Cooker XL or Instant Pot, this is a great pressure cooking recipe for tender juicy chicken wings! The pressure cooker does a great job making this frozen chicken wings moist, tasty and easy to cook!
This Recipe: 1 bag frozen chicken wings and drums (2 lbs)
3/4 Cups of Stock or Water (I used Ginger Miso Broth from Trader Joe's)
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke (optional)
Bulgogi and Sweet Chili Sauce
Adobo Spice
Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Grape Seed Oil
Cook time: 12 minutes - Total Cook Time about 30 Minutes
Release: Natural (do NOT do a quick release)
