The word Aum is said by many to carry the frequency of Source and has profound powers when spoken and chanted. Sadguru states that the best way to chant Aum is to open your mouth and allow the aahhh sound to resonate out of your being from the depths of your stomach, then slowly close your lips forming the oooo (u) sound, then close your lips and move into the sound mmmm.

This is a powerful sound that I use often. You will feel the profound difference and clearing in your field. When this sound is used in conjunction with an intention of what you wish to manifest and affirmations for the day there is a definite sensation of the intention being carried out on the sound waves. This is very powerful and I recommend using it as often as possible.

Get into a comfortable position, close your eyes and relax, breathe deeply.
