Maximalist vs Minimalist Running Shoes | Opinions welcome!

Описание: Time for the great debate….not really….unless you want to! Maximalist versus minimalist running shoes, a fairly contested and hot topic within the running community. You can find many many opinions on this topic. I fall into the middle ground between the maximalist and minimalist running shoe debate. I do not believe you should run consistently nor at a fast pace in a minimalist running shoe set up, injury awaits. On the flip side, I think that the maximalist running shoe line up can hide weaknesses within one’s running gait or foot strike. On top of this entire discussion is the importance of building a stronger runner from the ground up. I’m beyond excited to get into a consistent grass walking/jogging routine once I’m back it. What is your opinion?
