Chicken thigh (3pcs)
Curry powder 1 tsp
salt 2 pinch
Black pepper 2 pinch
Oil
onion 1pc
Carrot (1pc)
green chili pepper or bell pepper
Okra
Egg plant
Grated ginger 1tsp
Grated garlic 1 tsp
Curry powder 2 tablespoons
water 600ml
Tomato juice (unsalted)100ml or tomato sauce
Consomme powder or chicken powder 2 tsp
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/4teaspoon
Boiled egg (topping)
1 piece
Parsley (for garnishing)
You can use any vegetable you want.
Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
