November 2023 and storm Ciaran, the third named storm of our autumn hits Cornwall as it makes it way along the English Channel.
After drenching the Channel Islands overnight, the high winds and heavy seas make their presence known in Cornwall. Combined with high tide, the storm is expected to bring down trees, disrupt power supply and cause disruption.
This video was filmed in Portreath and I stood well back from the sea.
