To leverage Hong Kong as an international I&T hub and create synergies between global start-up ecosystems, the international edition of Start-up Express was first launched in 2022. In 2025, the fourth Start-up Express International was held during Entrepreneur Day. Global winners and finalists attended the event in person, sharing their industry insights and start-up journeys during Entrepreneur Day.
