This road will destroy a portion of Surrey's last remaining salmon spawning habitat, not to mention introduce loud traffic noise into an ecologically threatened area.
Located in the middle of Surrey (2nd largest city in BC), Bear Creek Park is surrounded by traffic, big box stores, malls, condos and urban sprawl. This park is the only place for the community to get peace and quiet.
If a road is pushed through this park, a lot will be lost!
