In this video I explain some of the learnings and lessons from managing my own property renovation. I'm building up a property development company, starting with a £17,000 property renovation of a 3 bed semi-detached 1950s home in South Yorkshire. I've outsourced some of the work to the plumber for first fixes, and plasterer for a lot of plastering work but otherwise have done all second fixes, plumbed in the kitchen, laid flooring, painted walls, fixed problems and led the management of the project as well. House flipping is a great way to build extra cash and save up a bigger deposit for your next home.
