Exam Anxiety

Stress during exam time is very natural.
Stress affects the mind as well as body badly.
And it ultimately affects the reasons of causing stress.
In research it is revealed that during exam who are over stressed

they perform less as compared to their capability.
So it is very important that don't take too much stress before and

during exam.
You should be stress free.
In this video i will tell you some quick tips which helps you in

beating exam anxiety.

There are various reasons of exam anxiety.
Low motivation level.
Lack of preparation and planning.
High expectations from others.
Competition from peers.

Take it Easy :-
Remember that exam is not the only thing.
So take it easy.
Don't take too much stress of performing better than others.
Do your best.
Your competition should be only with yourself not with others.

Have a good schedule of completing all the syllabus :-
The main problem of students are they can't complete their schedule

on time.
So for that firstly prepare your schedule and follow it accordingly.
Like distribute any subject daywise and study it.
Try to complete your syllabus before 2-3 days of exam.
And rewise the syllabus in remaining days.

Take regular break :-
Take a small break in between your studies.
Take 10 min of break ater every 2 hours.
Due to which you can feel relax and can also do the preparations

with full concentration.

Sleep well :-
Most of the students don't take proper sleep during exam.
Don't do this.
You have to sleep min 7 hrs and max 8 hrs.
Due to this your mind works properly & Keeps your mood fresh.
You can't concentrate properly if you won't sleep & ultimately you

feel sleepy during examination.

Relax your mind & body :-
During examination time you have to keep 30 min aside for relaxning

your mind and body.
For relaxing body do yoga or do simple exercises.
For mind relaxation you can do meditation or can listen music.

Study in groups :-
Do study in group if it is possible.
Due to this we get support and your concepts gets clear easily and

you can learn fastly.
But it is helpful in only that situation when every member of group

is serious about studies.

Avoid emotional Traumas :-
During and before examination don't do argument or emotional fight

with your family members or friends.
Due to this negative thoughts comes to your mind & affects your

studies.
So try to avoid it.

Talk to someone you love :-
If you are stressed then talk with loved one.
Like family members,friends.
So you can feel better.

Take break from distractions :-
During exam away from the cell phones.
Most of the students wasting their time in playing with

facebook.instagram etc.
Most of having fond of playing games.
So please avoid it.

Eat dark chocolates :-
Believe me.
Dark chocolate is 100% heplful in fighting with exam stress.
Dark chocolate release the endorphin which is natural stress

fighter.
So friends eat dark chocolates.

Eat breakfast and drink lots of water :-
Take proper breakfast before going to examination and drink plenty

of water.
It keeps us hydrated.
Which helps in better thinking.
Ultimately you can give 100% in the examination.

Reach on time :-
You have to reach before time for the examination.
Don't study last minute before exam :-
Most of the students do this mistake that they study in last minute

of exam.
Don't do this.
You can gets confused because of this.
Keep your mind free before going to examination.

Take deep breath :-
It is one of the best technique which keeps our body stress free.
It is scientifically proved technique which directly stimulates our

heart,brain as well as immun-system.

Don't make review :-
Many of students do that.
They try to calculate their studies before examination.
They are going to prepare their results by using some parameters

like could i do this or not,
it is hard to do,hows the exam goes,what questions asked in exam,
i don't have time so i can't do that,
its already too late etc etc.....
They prepare their reviews like that which ultimately loosen our

confidence level.
So do your best & wait for the exam result.
Don't prepare your result by own.
