IMT Kharkhoda | A Rising Industrial Area

Описание: IMT Kharkhoda (Industrial Model Township) is a major industrial township being developed by HSIIDC in Sonipat district, Haryana. It is spread across several thousand acres and is designed as one of the largest planned industrial estates in North India. The township is located along the Kundli–Manesar–Palwal (KMP) Expressway, giving it direct connectivity to Delhi, NCR peripheral cities, and major freight corridors.

The project includes a well-structured layout with multiple industrial blocks, wide internal roads, green belts, power infrastructure, water supply networks, and designated zones for manufacturing, logistics, and supporting facilities. As per the official plans, more than 2,500 industrial plots have been carved out in different sizes to accommodate small, medium and large-scale industries.

IMT Kharkhoda is also home to major anchor investments, including a large manufacturing plant allotted to Maruti Suzuki, along with several other industrial units planned across sectors like automobiles, engineering, logistics, warehousing, packaging, fabrication and general manufacturing. The location benefits from proximity to Delhi, Kundli, Narela, Bahadurgarh and Sonipat, providing access to a large labour pool and strong supply-chain networks.

With planned infrastructure, systematic zoning, dedicated utilities and excellent connectivity from the KMP Expressway, IMT Kharkhoda is emerging as a key industrial hub in the NCR region. The township is expected to generate significant employment opportunities and support Haryana’s long-term vision of promoting organized industrial growth near the national capital.
