Polynesian Spell

The Polynesian Spell comes from the tropical island paradise know an Ohio... Wait, that can't be right. Let me check that again... Yeah, that was right. It was created by Sandro Conti at the Kahiki in Columbus. Well, Just because it didn't come from an island doesn't mean it isn't Tiki. In fact the Kahiki, Was quite the spectacle back in the day. That is before it was bulldozed and replaced with a Walgreens. Oh well, at least this cocktail survived.

1.5 oz. Gin
1 oz. Grape Juice
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. Peach Brandy
.25 oz. Triple Sec
